On February 5, 2024, the Fort Bliss Installation Food Program Management Office hosted the Socorro Independent School District Skills USA Culinary Competition at the Mobilization Force Generation Installation Warrior Restaurant. The one-day competition consisted of a written test, a culinary arts display, plating foods, baking desserts, and cooking gourmet meals. It was a privilege for the Fort Bliss Military Culinary Arts team and the Fort Bliss Installation Food Program Management Office to help the students develop and hone their culinary arts skills and techniques.(U.S.Army photo by Sgt.
