U.S. Army Lt. Col. Corbett Baxter, U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF) battalion commander, presents Cpt. Jessica Knoll a coin after completing the Sgt. Zachary Tellier’s workout of the day during the monthly Lion’s Legacy event on Caserma Del Din, Vicenza, Italy, Feb. 2, 2024. The workout honors Tellier, who passed Sept. 29, 2007 from wounds sustained while on a ground patrol in Afghanistan. The Lion's Legacy series is a monthly competition designed to strengthen unit cohesion and camaraderie across SETAF-AF headquarters through team and individual physical fitness challenges. SETAF-AF provides U.S. Africa Command and U.S. Army Europe & Africa a dedicated headquarters to synchronize Army activities in Africa and scalable crisis response options in Africa and Europe.
