A Royal Thai Marine with Marine Division, Engineer Company tosses water into a mixer to making concrete while constructing a classroom during Exercise Cobra Gold 2013 (CG 13) at Ban Nam Chiao Elementary School in Lam Ngob District, Trat Province, Kingdom of Thailand, Jan. 25, 2013.
