Airmen from Team Minot load a B-52H Stratofortress with Air-Launched Cruise Missiles during Exercise Prarie Vigilance/Bayou Vigilance 24-2 at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota, Dec. 6, 2024. The training exercise not only demonstrated the 5th Bomb Wing and 2nd Bomb Wing’s ability to stand alert if needed to deter or respond to an attack but also demonstrated both wings’ ability to project lethal combat power across the globe.
