U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Seth Blomgren, a cyber surety journeyman from the 133rd Communications Flight, secures a guy wire anchor for a tactical antenna mast during a winter training exercise at a remote location outside of Grand Marais, Minnesota, Jan. 29, 2024. The whip antenna was being installed to increase communications range capabilities. The joint training exercise allowed communications experts from the Minnesota National Guard - to include the 148th Fighter Wing, the 133rd Airlift Wing, the 55th Civil Support Team, and J6 - the ability to set up, troubleshoot and operate equipment at multiple locations under adverse conditions.
