During a Jan. 24, 2013, site visit to the Picayune Strand Restoration Project, Jacksonville District resident engineer Mike Miller and Project Manager Lacy Shaw provide an overview of the project to Maj. Gen. Michael J. Walsh, deputy commanding general for Civil and Emergency Operations for USACE. Also in attendance was (from left) USACE Jacksonville District Commander Col. Alan Dodd, USACE construction representative Michael Sterrett, Executive Officer to the Deputy Commanding General Maj. Robin N. Scott, Harry Pepper and Associates General Superintendent Glen Wight and Jacksonville District Ecosystem Branch Chief Howie Gonzales.
