U.S. Army Soldiers attend the Small Arms Maintenance course at the Combined Arms Training Center in Vilseck, Germany, Jan. 24, 2024. This course trains Soldiers to maintain physical security of weapons and Quick Reaction Force ammunition in an arms room. Graduates of will be qualified to manage arms rooms and to perform unit-level maintenance and repair on a variety of hand-held, shoulder-fire, and crew-served weapons. CATC offers individual training and professional education for U.S. Army Soldiers, Department of the Army and host nation civilians, and multinational partners through the most efficient and effective means available to ensure readiness and interoperability.
