A Miniature Open-Front Barricade is set up in the wooded area behind the Arthur MacArthur U.S. Army Reserve Center in Springfield, Mass., in December 2012 as part of the second phase of a remedial investigation that was suspended in October 2011, when an 81 mm mortar round was discovered in the area. On Dec. 14, 2012, a second 81 mm mortar round was excavated and destroyed.
