Aviation Support Equipment Technician 2nd Class Jesus Ruiz, a native of Bossier City, Louisiana, completes chocking and chaining an MH-60S Seahawk, assigned to the “Wildcards” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 23, during flight quarters aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25) while underway in the Pacific Ocean, Dec. 19, 2023.
