The land around the marina facility continues to be filled and compacted for boat storage, fuel tanks, roads, utilities, and vehicle parking. The second-floor roof decking has been installed and the exterior skin of the facility is being enclosed. Air barrier applications and hurricane resilient windows are being mounted. The marina facility is expected to be completed in early 2025.
