U.S. Army Cpl. Victoria Henry, assigned to 25th Infantry Division Artillery Brigade, is awarded the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal by the 25th Inf. Div. and the 25th DIVARTY brigade command teams during a Quarterly Recognition Ceremony, Dec. 12, 2023, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Henry was awarded the medal for completing over 100 volunteer hours with the Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers (B.O.S.S.) program, community clean-up projects, and being involved with the division Hui Ha’a team.
