Lt. Gen. Jody J. Daniels, Chief of Army Reserve and Commanding General, U.S. Army Reserve Command, challenged the force to get after promoting its junior enlisted Soldiers to the rank of sergeant. The goal is to allow soldiers to reach the rank of sergeant within five years.
