Adalyn Rae Skaggs before her cancer diagnosis. The 3-year-old was recently diagnosed with embryonal rhabdosarcoma, a childhood cancer that has affected her eye. Her father Eric Skaggs works at Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE), and his fellow employees donated more than 400 hours of annual leave so that Skaggs could travel to Philadelphia to attend cancer treatments with his wife and daughter.
