The family of Eric Skaggs, from left, Jaxson, Ashley, Adalyn, Eric, and Braeden. The family faced a medical emergency when 3-year-old Adalyn was diagnosed with cancer and her father did not have enough leave from work to be able to go to Philadelphia for six weeks of cancer treatment. Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) employees donated more than 400 hours of annual leave so that Skaggs could attend the treatments with his wife and daughter.
