ANSBACH, Germany (December 3, 2023) - At the partnership reception for U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach and the German City of Herrieden every attendee had the honor of signing the golden book of the City of Herrieden, which is reserved only for guests of honor. The partnership representatives of the city of Herrieden were also in attendance for this memorable event, (from left) Partnership Representative Armin Jechnerer, Mayor of the city of Herrieden Dorina Jechnerer, USAG Ansbach Commander Col. Aaron Dixon, and Partnership Representative Stefan Horndasch.
USAG Ansbach is a U.S. Army Power Projection Platform consisting of aviation, engineering, and artillery assets spread across nine kasernes in the heart of Middle Franconia, Germany.
