Local businessman George Kako presents a certificate of appreciation to Jason Hyland of the Department of State Provincial Reconstruction Team, March 20, for his efforts to assist several farmers associations across Ninewah province, Iraq. Kako is one of seven board members on one of the associations called the Brotherhood Union for Agricultural Development and Environmental Protection, which represents approximately 100 families or 600 to 700 people.
