An Iraqi farmer plows his land in a rural area of the northern Iraqi province of Ninewah, March 20, using a new 80-horsepower, Iraqi-built tractor donated by the U.S. Department of State Ninevah Provincial Reconstruction Team. The PRT donated nine tractors to three farmers associations in the area in hopes that local investors would match their investment.
