Japan Air Self-Defense Force Lt. Col Shinya Takasaka, 401st Tactical Airlift Squadron commander, performs a post-flight inspection at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Nov. 29, 2023, in support of Operation Christmas Drop 2023 (OCD 23). The Japan Air Self-Defense Force has participated in OCD since 2015.
