Part of a field expedient antenna system hangs off a tree during KAMANDAG 7 at Paredes Air Station, Philippines, Nov. 14, 2023. U.S. Marines with 3d Littoral Combat Team, 3d Marine Littoral Regiment, 3d Marine Division set up the system, providing the LCT with a low-signature, portable means of high-frequency radio communication. KAMANDAG is an annual Philippine Marine Corps and U.S. Marine Corps led exercise aimed at improving multilateral readiness, relationships, and mutual capabilities in the advancement of a Free and Open Indo-Pacific.
