Sailors assigned to Expeditionary Medical Facility-Kilo run the Field Medical Training Battalion-East Litter Obstacle/Endurance Course to train for litter bearing in arduous or warfighting environments. The event was held at the Camp Johnson field training area on Nov. 3, 2023. The events helps ensure there are a consistent amount of trained individual to transport mass casualty patients to medical professionals.
