Binnicker Professional Military Education Center instructors attend the graduation ceremony of the inaugural Inter-Pacific Air Forces Academy class, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, November 16, 2023. IPAFA is a leadership course that includes all Allies and partners throughout the Indo-Pacific. Air forces around the Indo-Pacific currently have varying responsibilities for their nations’ enlisted personnel.
