NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (November 17, 2023) Sailors assigned to the security department onboard Naval Station (NAVSTA) Rota, Spain, conduct an antiterrorism and active shooter training demonstration at the School Age Care center November 17, 2023. As the "Gateway to the Mediterranean,” NAVSTA Rota provides U.S., NATO and allied forces a strategic hub for operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
