Werae Forum members, a security group based in the city of Cheonan, take a commemorative photograph at a Korean War monument located adjacent to U.S. Forces Korea headquarters during a tour of U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys on Nov. 16, 2023. The group also met with U.S. Army Col. Ryan Workman, the U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys commander, and U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Monty Drummond, the USAG Humphreys senior enlisted advisor, during the tour. Strategic Security Alliance Tours are organized and hosted by the U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys community relations team as part of an initiative aimed at helping community stakeholders better understand the U.S. military mission in the region while also further strengthening the Republic of Korea and U.S. Alliance.
