    U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Michelle Hill, command senior enlisted leader, Headquarters Battalion, Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces South, bows her head during prayer after a motivational run celebrating the 248th U.S. Marine Corps Birthday, New Orleans, Nov. 9, 2023. The run started at Crescent Park and traveled along the Mississippi River, through the streets of downtown New Orleans, ending at the National World War II Museum for a cake cutting ceremony.
