    U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Edgard Herrera, administration chief, Headquarters Battalion, Marine Forces Reserve, serves cake to Marines who participated in a motivational run celebrating the 248th U.S. Marine Corps Birthday, New Orleans, Nov. 9, 2023. The run started at Crescent Park and traveled along the Mississippi River, through the streets of downtown New Orleans, ending at the National World War II Museum for a cake cutting ceremony.
