U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Jody Saatoff, a Civil Engineer Regional Training Site Cadre, observed Airmen students of the 7th and 124th Civil Engineer Squadrons. Students completed Emergency Airfield Lighting Systems (EALS) training at the 119th Wing Regional Training Site (RTS) in Fargo, North Dakota, Oct. 17th-20th. The students received hands-on-training from the 119th RTS Cadre, and learned to install strobe lighting for runway repairs. The North Dakota Air National Guard Regional Training Site is one of five contingency training sites in the United States used by Civil Engineer Airmen to sharpen their mission proficiency. Airmen train at the RTS to enhance their construction training, utility support, emergency services, and maintain and repair base infrastructure. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Staff Sgt.
