U.S. Air Force Technical Sgt. Ian Mcleod of the 124th Civil Engineer Squadron, studied circuit layout during a training scenario for Emergency Airfield Lighting Systems (EALS) at the 119th Wing Regional Training Site (RTS) in Fargo, North Dakota, Oct. 17th-20th. Civil Engineer students received hands-on-training from the 119th RTS Cadre and learned to install strobe lighting for runway repairs. The North Dakota Air National Guard Regional Training Site is one of five contingency training sites in the United States used by Civil Engineer Airmen to sharpen their mission proficiency.
