Fort Hood officials have released the name of a soldier who died Jan. 1 at Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas, from complications with a long standing illness. Sgt. 1st Class Devone Reynolds, 42, whose home of record is listed as Savannah, Ga., entered active-duty service in March 1992 as automated logistic specialist. He arrived at Fort Hood in February 2010 and was currently assigned to the 27th Brigade Support Battalion, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood.
