While visiting the 90th Sustainment Brigade, Jan. 5, Command Sgt. Maj. Travis Williams, command sergeant major of the 4th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) in San Antonio, reminded the noncommissioned officers present, the importance of “Rally Point 32.” Lt. Gen. Jeffrey W. Talley, U.S. Army Reserve commanding general and the 32nd Chief of Army Reserve, implemented the Rally Point as his strategic and operational guidance upon taking command June 2012.
