Evan Williams, one of the four divers saved nearly 50 miles off the coast of North Carolina in August, and family members, meet with U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Petty, the Sector North Carolina Command Center watchstander who originally received the rescue call, during a reunion in Wilmington, North Carolina, Oct. 26, 2023.
