Jesse Germeraad, Assistant Chief Ranger of the State of Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, conducts a brief to Soldiers from the 1-181st Field Artillery Battalion of the Tennessee Army National Guard participating in the Search and Rescue Exercise (SAREX) at the Volunteer Training Site Tullahoma on Oct. 28, 2023. As a part of an exercise with other military and civilian agencies to fortify partnerships in a cooperative setting, the multi-agency team worked on tracking and locating missing persons.
