Command Master Chief Don Abele, deputy director of the Senior Enlisted Academy, speaks about values and ethics to sea cadets at Naval Station Newport during the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, Region 1-3, Petty Officer Leadership Academy. The 11th annual regional academy was attended by sea cadets from the New England area, Indiana, California, Texas, Maryland, and South Carolina.
