U.S. Army SGT Montrea T. Lipford, radar operator, 41st Field Artillery Brigade, Headquarters and Headquarters Battery and Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) augment, wet screens material excavated from the site during a recovery mission in northern Germany, Oct. 24, 2023. Multiple tools, methods and systems were utilised throughout this recovery mission in order to maximise time and space on site and organic personnel assigned to, and augments attached to DPAA, combined skillsets and personal experiences in order to recovery possible remains from their site in Wistedt, Germany.
