Inter-American Defense College's Class 63 participate in its annual Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law Seminar, held at the IADC Campus on Fort Lesley J. McNair, Washington, D.C., Oct. 20, 2023. The seminar addressed hemispheric defense and security challenges and focused on human rights issues, causes and progress. Expert speakers discussed the evolution of human rights. The event emphasized the importance of leadership, collaboration, education, and training in advancing human rights.
