Civic leaders of St. Joseph, Missouri participated in the 139th Airlift Wing’s Civic Leadership Academy, Missouri Air National Guard, where they received an in-depth tour of the wing at Rosecrans Air National Guard Base, St. Joseph, Missouri, Oct. 20, 2023. Over 30 civic and business leaders received an up close look at various jobs across the wing, were given briefings on the wing’s purpose and mission and a look inside two C-130 Hercules aircraft to strengthen community alliance between the wing and the city of St. Joseph.
