U.S. Marine Corps Pfc. Matthew W. Shannon, the honor graduate for India Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, is awarded the Chesty Puller Award during a graduation ceremony at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Oct. 20, 2023.
