U.S. Marines with Marine Rotational Force-Southeast Asia, I Marine Expeditionary Force, personnel from special operations task force Philippines, and U.S. soldiers with 1st Multi-Domain Task Force, U.S. Army Pacific, assist in calibrating a radio for high-frequency transmissions during a communications subject matter expert exchange in Manila, Luzon, Philippines. The exchange was held to familiarize the Marines with radios used by the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
