As part of the Crossfit KFOR's Holiday Rundown, participates had to complete four sets of seven each: hang power cleans, front squats, and shoulder to overhead. Each time a participant set the barbell back on the ground, they had to complete five burpees before they could continue. "I have come a long way from when I first started," said Stupniki.
