Athletes came together at CrossFit KFOR's Holiday Rundown CrossFit Competition at Camp Bondsteel on Dec. 23. The competition consisted of three workouts for all, and a final workout to determine the fittest of Camp Bondsteel. CrossFit KFOR is a military affiliate CrossFit gym run by Soldiers who want to challenge themselves, help each other reach their goals, and help beat the stress and change the pace of the deployment.
