Ebuen Air Base, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines Sept. 29, 2023. This inaugural event, a pioneering collaboration between HIARNG and PAF, is a cornerstone for future engagements. Strengthening alliances and partnerships with key allies like the Philippines, a framework is created that is capable of deterring aggression, maintaining stability, and ensuring free access to common domains in accordance with international law.
