An F/A-18 Super Hornet flies low level after dropping 1,000-pound bombs on the Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR), Sep 26, 2023. The U.S. Navy jets participated in a joint training operation between the NTTR, 422nd Test and Evaluation Squadron, Nellis Air Force Base and AIRTEVRON 9 (VX-9), Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake, California. The test was designed to meet VX-9's air-ground training objectives while assisting NTTR's target maintenance operations.
