ATLANTIC OCEAN (Oct. 3, 2023) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64) fires the Phalanx close-in weapons system (CIWS) during a pre-action calibration firing (PACFIRE) in the Atlantic Ocean, October 3, 2023.
