The vest adorned with Jacklyn “Jack” Lucas’ Medal of Honor is a gift to the Arleigh Burke class Flight III guided-missile destroyer USS Jack H. Lucas (DDG 125) from Lucas’s widow Ruby, The Trail of Honor Foundation, and Flags of Honor Escort Oct. 6, 2023.
