U.S. Marines pose for a group photo following an award ceremony at the Urasoe Police Station in Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 27, 2023. The Marines were recognized for rendering first aid to Okinawan citizens following a motor vehicle accident. The Marines are with 3d Assault Amphibian Battalion and are currently forward deployed in the Indo-Pacific under 4th Marines, 3d Marine Division as part of the Unit Deployment Program.
