STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. -- Partner nation students from Bangladesh, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Thailand learn map reading fundamentals in a Patrol Craft Officer Riverine (PCOR) course at the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS) Aug. 8. The eight-week course is designed to provide foreign security force professionals with the specialized training to effectively plan and execute patrol craft security actions in a riverine environment.
NAVSCIATTS is a security cooperation schoolhouse operating under U.S. Special Operations Command in support of foreign security assistance and geographic combatant commanders’ theater security cooperation priorities.
