A U.S. Airman from the 378th Expeditionary Medical Squadron performs moulage, which is the art of applying mock injuries for the purpose of training emergency response teams, to an exercise actor prior to a Mass Casualty (MASCAL) exercise on Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sept. 23, 2023.
