Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 1st Class Matthew Martin, assigned to Commander, Task Group (CTG) 56.1, performs a medical exam on a Royal Bahrain Navy diver during a training session of Neon Response 13. Neon Response is a bilateral, explosive ordnance disposal and diving engagement between the U.S. and Royal Bahrain forces.
