Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 3rd Class Tyrrell Stewart, assigned to Commander, Task Group (CTG) 56.1, signals to the dive supervisor that he is ready to enter the water during a training session of Neon Response 13. Neon Response is a bilateral, explosive ordnance disposal and diving engagement between the U.S. and Royal Bahrain forces.
