Wardell Jefferson, former senior enlisted leader to the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-1; Sept. 13 about HRC’s push to improve service to Soldiers across the enterprise. The former HRC senior leaders were visiting the command to take part in the HRC 2030 Solarium to discuss challenges facing the Army. Discussion topics of the two-day conference included HRC’s mission, increased assignment predictability for Soldiers, retention initiatives, as well as the future of data analytics and talent management to ensure readiness.
