U.S. Marines with II Marine Expeditionary Force and joint enablers are briefed at II MEF headquarters prior to participation in the Joint Task Force (JTF) FORMEVT on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Aug. 29, 2023.
